Recently, I celebrated my 51st birthday. Yes, the “latter stages” of life, as some might jokingly say. Looking back to last year when I turned 50, I remember feeling determined to make it a year full of different experiences, a real celebration of life’s milestones.
Now, at 51, I’m still embracing that spirit. I know it’s been said a million times, but age really is just a number.
We recently went to see Kylie Minogue, who just turned 57, and she put on a brilliant two-and-a-half-hour show packed with energy and passion. Watching her reminded me that staying vibrant isn’t about the years behind you but about the mindset and the things you choose to do.
This got me thinking about business and leadership. The energy, enthusiasm, and creativity you bring to your work can be renewed at any stage.
