I’ve just returned from an amazing trip with Jas to Canada and the States, and I’m still soaking up the memories. Travelling as a couple is wonderful time to share experiences and discover new places together. but it also got me thinking about the value of solo trips.
Do you always want to do the same things as your partner, or have you ever thought about exploring something on your own? It’s perfectly okay to want different experiences. In fact, having time to yourself can be incredibly refreshing. Whether it’s a solo holiday, going to the cinema or a concert by yourself, or just some time away, these moments give you space to recharge, reflect, and practice a bit of self-love.
