You can hit your targets and still feel unfulfilled. You can be praised for your results and still feel like something’s missing. That’s often a sign that the business has drifted from your values, or that you’ve grown, but your business hasn’t grown with you.
This isn’t failure. It’s just feedback. And it means you’re ready to lead more consciously again.
Course-correcting without burning it all down
You don’t have to scrap everything. Often, small shifts make a big difference, redefining your ideal client, reshaping your offers, or adjusting how you spend your time. This is about evolution, not reinvention.
Give yourself permission to reimagine the business you want to run now, not the one you thought you should build five years ago.
