Yesterday, many of our friends across the pond reflected on gratitude as they gather for Thanksgiving, and it’s got me thinking about what I’m thankful for this year. While we don’t usually mark this occasion, I love having a reason to pause and appreciate the little things that make life meaningful.
For me, those little wins look like carving out time for personal moments amidst the usual bustle of work. Things like a visit to the hairdresser, a routine dental check-up, or something as simple as dropping off and picking up our girls—visiting Poppy at uni or spending time with Jasmine as she shares stories of her apprenticeship. Or even a quiet evening out with Jas or our closest friends. These moments remind me of why balance is so important, and they’re a big part of why Jas and I are so passionate about helping others find that same balance in their own lives. It’s what Jas’s Coaching is all about: empowering people to master their time and create space for the life they truly want, not just the business they’re building.
I’m also incredibly grateful for each of you—you’ve committed to this journey and continue to show up with resilience, humour, and grit, even when things aren’t easy. You’ve faced challenges head-on, and seeing your commitment to growth has been deeply inspiring. Watching each of you celebrate your own wins—big or small—is a victory for us, too. Your determination keeps me going on my own path. Jas and I learn from you as much as you learn from us, and that exchange is invaluable. The bond we’ve formed through our sessions and events has become a constant source of joy and pride for us—one we’ll cherish forever.
Thank you for being part of this journey, for inspiring us with your stories, and for reminding us that progress, however small, is worth celebrating. Here’s to all the little wins that make life meaningful and to the wonderful experiences yet to come.
