Who’s it for?

Anyone who’s going to be Coached by me. It’s the start of your REACH Business Coaching programme – it’s a half-day, one-off session. Mostly, the alignment session is for the business owner. Very occasionally though, the session may include one or two members of the team.

What’s it about

Making sure we start our Coaching journey together with crystal clear clarity on what you want to achieve. In this session, we’ll focus on you as well as your business because the two go hand in hand.

The personal stuff

This is where we start to unpick what’s going on in your head. By the time people start working with us, they’ve usually lost sight of the simple things they wanted to achieve from their business. That’s why this part of the session is all about you. What is it you really want? Why did you start your business? What do you want for your family and kids? What are your exit plans? We’ll shine the spotlight on your hopes, aspirations and dreams that you’ve probably long forgotten – when the reality of the business kicked in and your sole focus became survival.

Shining a light on your business

During the second half of the session we’ll focus on your business. What does it need to do, to give you what we’ve just talked about? Is it geared up to give you the life you want? Do your personal and business goals marry up? We’ll discuss a rough plan of action and make sure it’s all jotted down – which you’ll then 'rubber stamp' to make sure this is exactly what you want to achieve. It’s really important because it’s what you’ll use to judge the effectiveness of the Coaching against.
