With the start of Lent, many people reflect on giving something up. Whether or not you observe it, there’s nothing wrong about taking this time as an opportunity to challenge yourself in a small way. We all need a reset sometimes, don’t we? So this year, rather than a minor sacrifice, what if we made a change that truly matters?

How many times have you second-guessed yourself before making a big decision? Delayed taking action because you weren’t sure if it was the right move? Talked yourself out of an opportunity because you thought you weren’t ready? Self-doubt is like an invisible weight, stopping us from pushing forward, convincing us thatwe’re not good enough.
